We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business and Economics Teacher to join a successful Secondary School from September on a full-time, long-term ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons inspiring students to develop a strong understanding of commercial, economic and financial concepts. You’ll work in a supportive department committed to academic excellence and student achievement.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching Business and/or Economics GCSE and A Level
- Show commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge of contemporary business practices, economic theory and examination specifications
- Be able to deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire students to develop commercial awareness and analytical thinking skills
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to maximise attainment
- Possess excellent classroom and behaviour management
