We are a fast growing Education agency that is based in Birmingham city centre working out of a serviced office. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance & Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in compliance, regulation, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining compliance records and documentation
- Help ensure company procedures align with relevant legislation and industry standards
- Monitor and report on compliance-related issues
- Requesting references
- Liaise and update candidates regarding progress of vetting
- Support the onboarding and vetting process where required
- Manage financial data
- Organise and maintain credit control reports and procedures
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with sensitive and confidential information
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Confident telephone manner
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or compliance-based role (preferred but not essential)
