We are a fast growing Education agency that is based in Birmingham city centre working out of a serviced office. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance & Payroll Administrator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in compliance, regulation, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining compliance records and documentation
  • Help ensure company procedures align with relevant legislation and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on compliance-related issues
  • Requesting references
  • Liaise and update candidates regarding progress of vetting
  • Support the onboarding and vetting process where required
  • Manage financial data
  • Organise and maintain credit control reports and procedures

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
