Do you want to be a force for good? We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our creative team and help bring meaningful ideas to life. This is a chance to work on standout projects for brilliant global clients across the healthcare space, from animal health and pharma to consumer health.

You’ll be working on a wide range of motion content, from social-first brand assets and long-form explainer films to character animation and campaign content. We’re after someone with strong 2D motion design skills, a sharp eye, and a genuine passion for craft. Some 3D knowledge would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.

You should ideally have at least 2 years of agency experience and a portfolio that shows great ideas, strong storytelling, and confident execution. Skills in video editing are important, and it would be a real advantage if you’re also comfortable capturing stills and video, as there may be opportunities to support on shoots, record interviews, and film behind-the-scenes content.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. Someone who enjoys feedback, thrives under deadlines, wants to keep learning, and is equally comfortable collaborating with a team or getting stuck in independently.

What your background might look like:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an agency environment
  • Advanced skills in After Effects, with solid working knowledge of Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
  • A strong portfolio showing 2D motion design across social assets, explainer content, and character animation
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
