We're working with an established UK Challenger Bank entering a significant scale-up phase and looking for exceptional talent to level-up the engineering org.
We're not looking for people with "X years in Y language", we want to speak to systems thinkers who care about scalable architecture, continuous deployment, clean code, business value and user experience - regardless of whether your background is Java, Go, Python, Kotlin, .NET, TypeScript, Data or anything else.

- Engineering Maturity: You understand TDD, CI/CD, and how to build resilient distributed systems.
- Collaboration: You enjoy mentoring, peer-reviewing, and raising the bar for an entire engineering organisation.
- Tech-Agnostic: You’re comfortable working across the stack or even moving into new domains (Fullstack, Data, or Platform).
