We're looking for a talented Front End Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our remote-first team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our innovative technology platforms in edtech.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Brand Director to translate user requirements and brand guidelines into engaging and effective designs for a mix of landing pages and product features. Your strong skills in web development, particularly with React and Next.js, will be essential, coupled with a keen eye for UI/UX design and a passion for creating intuitive, impactful solutions.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with the Brand Director to conceptualise and build out effective designs for new features, landing pages, and product enhancements.
- Transform software by bringing modern design and UI best practices to the forefront, ensuring a consistent and compelling user experience.
- Translate user requirements and wireframes into clean, performant, and accessible code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces with React and Next.js.
- Enhance the overall user experience across a diverse suite of web products, contributing directly to platforms used by educators and employers.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and present design solutions.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer or UX Engineer.
