We are working with an established UK Challenger Bank entering a significant scale-up phase and looking for exceptional talent to level-up the engineering organisation.
We are not looking for people with "X years in Y language"; we want to speak to systems thinkers who care about scalable architecture, continuous deployment, clean code, business value and user experience - regardless of whether your background is Java, Go, Python, Kotlin, .NET, TypeScript, Data or anything else.
