Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Intern to join our London-based team. This role will support the Development team across a broad range of activities, including trend research, administrative support, and coordination with clients and suppliers. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is curious, organised, proactive, with a genuine interest in design, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and consumer trends. This is a hands‑on internship offering exposure across a wide range of product development activities. You will support the team across multiple projects, gaining insight into the full development lifecycle from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Factory Collaboration
    • Support the development team with project briefs and day‑to‑day communication with factory partners across Asia and Europe
    • Assist in coordinating between creative teams and suppliers to support the development of product and packaging concepts
    • Help ensure all communication is clear, accurate and detail‑oriented to support smooth sample development
    • Review samples alongside the development team, checking details prior to client submission
    • Contribute to timelines and costing documents, with guidance from the team
  • Problem Solving
    • Take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach when supporting the team with day‑to‑day challenges
    • Assist in resolving issues in collaboration with the development team, helping to keep projects on track
    • Apply creative and practical thinking to support ongoing project needs
  • Trend & Market Research
    • Support research into cultural, fashion and consumer trends across digital platforms, social media and industry publications
    • Carry out competitor shopping when required, sharing findings and imagery with the wider team
    • Assist in researching new brands and innovations based on project needs
  • Sales & Development Collaboration
    • Support the Sales and development team with samples and creative materials for client meetings and presentations
    • Work closely with the Product Development team to help align creative concepts with commercial objectives
  • Administrative & Team Support
    • Assist with organising samples, creative archives and digital files to support efficient team workflows
    • Provide general day‑to‑day support across a variety of projects and tasks

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled degree program in Product Development, Marketing or Business
  • Genuine passion for trends, design, and broader consumer engagement patterns
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong sense of ownership with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and follow‑through
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, international environment
