We deliver insight-led campaigns that change behaviour, spark action, and improve lives. Our expertise spans communications strategy, digital and social, ATL creative, PR and influencers, video and animation, and brand development. We work across a wide variety of clients within the healthcare sector, including consumer health, beauty and wellbeing, third sector, health tech, pharma, food and nutrition, and animal health.
We’re looking for an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager to join our growing team: someone who is organised, proactive, creatively curious, and excited by the opportunity to deliver meaningful work in the health and wellbeing space.
The role
As Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of client accounts, helping to shape and deliver integrated campaigns across a range of sectors. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for clients, keep projects moving smoothly, and work closely within our client team and alongside our strategists, creatives, and channel specialists to make sure every brief lands with impact. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing relationships, delivery, and problem-solving — and who wants their work to genuinely mean something.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of client projects and campaigns
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
- Writing clear briefs, timelines, status updates, and contact reports
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Supporting the development of integrated campaigns across channels including creative, digital, PR, and social
- Playing a supporting role in managing production projects from photo shoots to video shoots, including the planning in pre-production to delivery of final edits and shoots
- Keeping a close eye on project progress, budgets, and deliverables
- Spotting opportunities to add value for clients and support account growth
- Helping maintain high standards across every stage of project delivery
- Bringing energy, ideas, and a solutions-focused mindset to the team
What we’re looking for
- Experience in an account management or client services role within an agency or relevant marketing/communications environment
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities at once
- Ability to build positive client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a calm approach under pressure
- Genuine interest in creative communications, behaviour change, health, wellbeing, or purpose-led work
- A kind, conscientious, and ambitious team player who shares our agency beliefs of: In it Together, Make it Count, and Human at Heart
