Concrete Operative and Labourer
Mildenhall, Suffolk
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm £8ph + £12ph over time
My client is a well-established manufacturer of specialist concrete products. Due to continuous growth, they now require a Concrete Operative to join their team based in Mildenhall.
As a Concrete Operative, you will be required to be involved with all aspects of pre-cast concrete including a range of tasks within the yard and factory. You will assist your team with the loading and unloading of goods on lorries, keeping the yard tidy and ensuring all goods being manufactured in the factory do not get damaged.
For the position of Concrete Operative, you must be a hard-working individual keen to succeed at any task given. All products are made to order, therefore flexibility on working hours is important to ensure all products are manufactured within set time frames. You must take time and care when creating each product to ensure they do not result as substandard product.
In return, my client offers full training for the role of Concrete Operative, a counter balance forklift license and the possibility of a future development plan to be trained on all sections of the yard/factory. Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary but would be advantageous.
If you are eager to progress within a manufacturing company as a Concrete Operative or seeking a new exciting opportunity based in Mildenhall, apply now or contact Alice at Twelve Talent for more information.
