About Us

TWC Frames is a leading home improvement company, specialising in high-quality windows, doors, conservatories, and more. As a FENSA Approved Installer, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and bespoke products to customers across Swindon and surrounding areas.

The Role

As an In-Store Manager, you will:

  1. Oversee and manage multiple in-store locations, engaging with customers and promoting our home improvement products.
  2. Book high-quality installation appointments for our sales team.
  3. Build relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  4. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and engaging store environment.
  5. Work towards sales and appointment-setting targets, maximising business opportunities.
  6. Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries and guiding customers through our product offerings.
  7. Ensure all promotional materials and displays are well-presented and up to date.
  8. Travel between store locations as required.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Has a strong background in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.
  2. Is confident, approachable, and able to engage customers effectively.
  3. Is self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales success.
  4. Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  5. Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel between store locations.
  6. Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.
  7. Experience in the home improvement industry is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
