Position Overview:
As the Buildings Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our building projects across the South West, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with a surveyor and project manager to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise building extension projects from conception to completion.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and surveyors to coordinate on-site activities.
