TWC Home Group Limited is looking for experienced Window & Door Sales Consultants to join our established field sales team, representing both TWC Home Improvements and Permaframe Home Improvements. This is an opportunity for proven industry professionals who understand the home-improvement sales process and know how to turn quality customer appointments into completed business.
We operate across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Bath and Somerset, giving experienced representatives throughout these areas the opportunity to apply. You will not be expected to cover the entire operating region. Your individual territory will be tailored around where you live, business demand and the areas best suited to you. Our experienced Diary Manager plans appointments carefully, allocating leads as close to each consultant’s home territory as possible and keeping unnecessary travel to a minimum.
A premium product range you can sell with confidence: Our complete range of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors is bespoke-made for each individual customer and property. With A++ energy-rated options and a comprehensive 20-year insurance-backed guarantee, our consultants can offer customers a compelling combination of design, performance, security and long-term reassurance. Customers also have access to interest-free finance and a wide range of additional credit options, helping you provide flexible purchasing solutions suited to different households and budgets.
Quality, properly qualified appointments: Our appointments are carefully qualified before being allocated to the sales team. Wherever a property is jointly owned, appointments are arranged with both homeowners present, ensuring that everyone involved can explore the options, ask questions and make an informed decision together. This gives our consultants the best possible opportunity to deliver a complete presentation and progress the sale during the appointment.
The role:
- Attend qualified, pre-arranged appointments in customers’ homes
- Sell from our bespoke range of uPVC and aluminium windows and doors
- Understand each customer’s requirements and recommend the right products
- Deliver confident and engaging product demonstrations
- Explain the design, energy-efficiency, security and guarantee benefits of our range
- Introduce the available interest-free finance and credit options where appropriate
- Prepare accurate quotations and clearly present the available options
- Manage the complete sales conversation, from consultation through to securing the order
- Follow up your opportunities professionally and consistently
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
- Work closely with our administration, surveying and installation teams
- Represent TWC Home Group Limited to a consistently high standard
A typical working day: A typical day will consist of approximately four or five qualified leads, with appointments generally scheduled between 10:00am and 6:00pm. Occasionally, a 7:00pm appointment may be required where appropriate, typically for a larger or more involved project that warrants the additional time and opportunity. You will usually work two Saturdays per month, with Saturday appointments scheduled between 10:00am and 3:00pm at the latest. There is no Sunday working. Your diary and territory will be managed carefully to keep journeys practical, minimise unnecessary travel and give you the strongest possible opportunity to make each day productive.
Who we’re looking for: This position is aimed at established sales professionals with direct experience of selling windows and doors within the home-improvement industry. You will need:
- Proven experience selling windows and doors directly to homeowners
- A strong and demonstrable record of achieving sales targets
- Good technical knowledge of uPVC and aluminium products
- The ability to build trust quickly and sell consultatively
- Confidence handling objections and closing higher-value sales
- A professional, organised and self-motivated approach
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- The flexibility to work across the stated appointment schedule and two Saturdays per month
What we offer:
- £30,000 basic salary
- Realistic OTE of £60,000–£80,000
- Uncapped earning potential through commission
- Fuel card provided
- A territory tailored around where you live
- Carefully planned appointments designed to minimise travel
- Approximately four or five qualified leads per day
- Qualified, pre-arranged customer appointments
- Continued credit for your deals when customers proceed at a later date
- A bespoke uPVC and aluminium product range
- A++ energy-rated options
- A comprehensive 20-year insurance-backed guarantee
- Interest-free finance and multiple customer credit options
- Support from experienced administration, surveying and installation teams
- The opportunity to represent two established home-improvement brands
- Genuine earning potential across a substantial regional market
- Two Saturdays per month, finishing by 3:00pm
