Job Title: Sustainability Analyst

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

Location: London (3 days in the office per week)

Type: Full Time, Perm

My client is an expert in energy transition and sustainability practices. They’re looking for a Sustainability Analyst to help with accelerating energy transition to support net zero and sustainability projects. This position is full-time, and you will be working closely with the leaders to provide strategic insight including analysing market trends and business performance within sustainability.

This is a hands-on opportunity where you’ll be working with experienced Partners within top firm and lots of on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

  • Work on energy fundamentals and macro-trends as the global economy moves toward decarbonisation.
  • Producing and delivering strong analytical foundations to net zero and energy initiatives.
  • Contributing to thought leadership, developing new ideas and research supporting service innovation.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passionate and hard working!
  • Solid understanding of the energy market fundamentals, energy infrastructure, energy value chain, technologies, and strategic shifts triggered by the energy transition – essential
  • Understanding of carbon drivers and carbon reduction approaches
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving, and comfort with quantitative analysis – essential
