The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, and forecasting#
- Deliver performance insights to support business planning and decision-making
- Build, mentor, and manage a small finance team
- Support the leadership team with financial updates and strategic recommendations
- Oversee treasury, cashflow, and capital planning
- Develop financial models to inform pricing and cost control

Your Background
- Fully qualified accountant
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability (5+ years experience)
