As an industry leader in the Finance and Tech sector, they are seeking a talented and experienced Director of ESG to lead their Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives.
The Director of ESG will be responsible for creating and implementing the ESG strategy, aligning it with the company\’s mission, values, and business objectives. This role will require driving sustainability initiatives, fostering a culture of responsible business practices, and enhancing transparency and reporting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company\’s ESG strategy by setting measurable goals and targets for ESG performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into the organization\’s daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Lead efforts to reduce environmental impact, improve social responsibility, and enhance corporate governance.
