One of our clients is recruiting for a HR professional, covering two locations.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients and hiring managers.
  • Offering advice on Employee relations.
  • Performance management.
  • Leading the recruitment process, job specs, advertising, shortlisting and interviewing.
  • Ensure compliance with UK and Ireland. Keeping up to date with legislations.
  • Manage employee relation cases.
