TSRN is recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator. This role is hybrid after the probation period, with a contract to permanent position after six months.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing initial contact via telephone or email for all customer inquiries and logging all job details into the IT system.
- Planning engineers\’ routes according to SLA requirements.
- Supporting engineer and parts dispatch teams.
- Confirming job completion and providing information to customers.
