We are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator with prior Health and Safety experience to support the Health & Safety Manager in maintaining and improving health and safety standards across the business.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- IOSH Managing Safely – preferred
- NEBOSH Certificate – desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Health & Safety Manager in the review and updating of Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs)
- Assist with the development and maintenance of Risk Assessments, including Delivery Risk Assessments (DRA)
- Maintain and update the incident, accident, and near‑miss reporting portal
- Provide administrative and practical support for accident, incident, and near‑miss investigations
- Track, update, and follow up on outstanding corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure health and safety documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily available
- Provide general administrative support for Health & Safety activities as required. Additional administrative duties may be assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
