Account Manager (Reigate)

TW Creative is a creative design agency looking for an accomplished Account Manager to join our driven team.

In this role, you’ll juggle multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and launches across a variety of formats and channels. You’ll help shape content and guide media plans, all while navigating the complexities of regulation. A can-do attitude is therefore essential, as is the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as an integrated marketing agency Account Manager or as a marketeer working with in-house design teams (ideally within animal health, pharma, or other regulated industries with formal approval processes)
• The ability to manage diverse stakeholders and work effectively across global teams
• A knack for multi-tasking, with sharp attention to detail and strong organisation skills – you stay calm and in control when priorities shift

· A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to keep things moving and clients happy

· Ambition, initiative, and a readiness to own projects and make your mark

· And of course – an interest in animals and a desire to help improve their care

Salary: Circa £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience

Location: Reigate, Surrey. Hybrid – a mix of home and office working, with occasional travel to client offices

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
