CBS News is looking for a dedicated full-time News Desk Producer.
Responsibilities:
- The News Desk Producers will work closely with all bureau staff including producers, camera crews, editors, and engineers across breaking news, features, social and the BBC partnership.
- They will also either know how to coordinate a satellite booking and transmission or be prepared to train to be able to.
Requirements:
- The selected candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, keenness to work in a collaborative manner, a strong work ethic and good editorial judgement for news and storytelling.
- Experience booking international travel for news crews is essential along with a flexible attitude towards weekend working and early and late shift patterns.
