Warehouse Operative in Milton Keynes

Job Summary: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, the role involves working with warehouse colleagues to ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of stock, while providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and correctly locate incoming stock.

• Pick and palletise customer orders according to company processes.
• Dispatch orders in line with company and customer standards.
• Assist with regular and spot stock takes.
• Operate forklift trucks as required.
• Conduct daily safety checks and adhere to warehouse guidelines.
• Provide professional, courteous service to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Ensure safety and quality systems are followed and raise concerns when necessary.
• Dispose of packaging waste responsibly, recycling when possible.
• Support and train less experienced colleagues.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth business operations.
