Warehouse Operative in Milton Keynes

JobSummary:

Reportingto the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, the role involves working with warehousecolleagues to ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of stock, whileproviding excellent customer service.

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and correctly locate incomingstock.
• Pick and palletise customer orders accordingto company processes.
• Dispatch orders in line with company andcustomer standards.
• Assist with regular and spot stock takes.
• Operate forklift trucks as required.
• Conduct daily safety checks and adhere towarehouse guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workenvironment.
• Ensure safety and quality systems are followedand raise concerns when necessary.
• Dispose of packaging waste responsibly,recycling when possible.
• Support and train less experienced colleagues.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensuresmooth business operations.

Must have

• Good teamwork skills
