Working as a new business sales hunter, to lead and win new bids and tenders. Find opportunities with new channel clients. Write and present compelling bid responses that sell the solution and our business capability to the client. Close new business deals as part of a target bearing role. Sales opportunities must be taken through the sales stages on SalesForce from initial prospect to business start.
Minimum 10 years sales experience; field & site-based engineers as well as workshop repair.
Responsibilities- Find new clients that require the services we provide and create compelling sales proposals based upon our core competencies.
- Prospecting and creating a pipeline of opportunities is a key requirement (individual opportunity value is typically between £100k to £2m).
- Target £2m of invoiced in-year revenue.
- Achieve set revenue and margin targets each quarter.
- Great people skills are required as you will work with external clients and internal stakeholders to negotiate contracts to conclusion within the deadline for contract start.
- Break & fix field services, including field engineers, site based, schedules visits and backfill.
- Primarily supporting EPOS retail, and client device PC, printer, and network hardware.
- Must be a hunter as this role is to drive new business sales.
- Create and deliver compelling proposals in PowerPoint and written submission (respond to RFI & RFP).
- You must showcase our capability by demonstrating how they meet the client's needs.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work autonomously to win business.
- Must have sold engineer-based services; such as brake fix, deployment, repair, upgrades, projects for client devices and EPOS hardware.
- Site based and workshop services.
- Having worked for or sold to the top 10 Indian technology outsourcers is an advantage.
- Experience of selling channel services to OEMs, outsourcers and service integrators.
- Must have demonstrable experience of selling the type of IT services that TVS SCS specialise in.
