1. Buyer – TVS Supply Chain Solutions Requirements * Location: Banbury | Contract: Permanent | Department: Purchasing * Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies. * Manage tender processes and identify supply chain risks. * Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and rebates to reduce costs. * Build strong supplier and client relationships. * Improve product availability, quality, service and value for money. * Monitor and report cost savings using ERP systems. * Identify opportunities for supplier development and process improvement. * Provide regular category updates to clients. * Experience: Strong procurement, sourcing, negotiation and contract management skills. * Qualifications: CIPS qualified or working towards certification. * Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. * Full driving licence and willingness to travel. * Competitive salary, pension and life assurance. * 25 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays, with an option to buy 5 extra days. * Employee assistance programme, referral scheme and Cycle to Work scheme. * Professional development, study sponsorship and £100 training allowance. * Eligible for BPSS security clearance. * Must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
