Requirements
- Location: Banbury | Contract: Permanent | Department: Purchasing
- Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Manage tender processes and identify supply chain risks.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing and rebates to reduce costs.
- Build strong supplier and client relationships.
- Improve product availability, quality, service and value for money.
- Monitor and report cost savings using ERP systems.
- Identify opportunities for supplier development and process improvement.
- Provide regular category updates to clients.
- Experience: Strong procurement, sourcing, negotiation and contract management skills.
- Qualifications: CIPS qualified or working towards certification.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
