- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS.
- Support managers with appraisals, probation reviews, and development conversations.
- Assist the CHRO with people projects and initiatives as required.
- Design, build, and maintain SCORM-compliant e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or iSpring.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Conduct learning needs analyses across the business and develop content to address skills gaps and compliance requirements.
- Monitor training completion rates and report on learning effectiveness to the CHRO and senior leadership.
- Source and coordinate external training providers where specialist content is required.
- Champion a positive learning culture across the organisation.

- Familiarity with health and safety responsibilities in a workplace setting.
