Product Line Manager – Carbon & Plastic Credits (f/m/d)

Tasks / Responsibilities
- Define and manage the global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for carbon and plastic credit services.
- Develop service guidelines, tools, and technical content to ensure consistent, scalable, and credible delivery.
- Identify and pursue innovation and market expansion opportunities, including digital solutions.
- Support regional teams with technical expertise, training, and pre-sales client engagement.
- Coordinate with certification and verification bodies to ensure operational alignment and service quality.
- Drive commercial enablement by developing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales.
- Represent the organization in regulatory and industry platforms to strengthen credibility and visibility.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Master\’s degree or PhD in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in carbon or sustainability certification services.
- Strong expertise in carbon markets, plastic credit systems, and leading international standards.
- Proven track record in managing global service portfolios in a matrix environment.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with business acumen and a hands-on mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
