Vertical Transportation Consultant Auditor
- Demonstrable experience in the lift industry.
- Experienced engineer with Mechanical/Electrical skills related to Lifts and Escalators.
- IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, actively engaging with colleagues, with a proactive approach to change and self-development.
- Ability to work independently.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Criteria & potential other duties:
- BTEC HNC Mechanical or Electrical, or higher qualification.
- A recognised Mechanical/Electrical qualification (NVQ 3/4 or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to produce client reports with recommendations and solutions.
- Ability to produce technical and performance specifications.
- Project management experience in refurbishment and new installations.
- Quality auditing experience of existing installations for maintenance reporting.
- Knowledge of model forms of contract (e.g., MF1, JCT, NEC).
- Awareness of Principal Designer duties.
- Commercial experience.
- Client account management experience, liaising with contractors to ensure delivery of contracted services.
- Ability to prepare fee proposals, invoicing, and credit control for projects and service client responsibilities.
- Experience in seeking and generating new clients and projects.
