Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Welder/Fabricator at our Coventry location. The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for performing various welding techniques including arc welding, TIG welding, and MIG welding. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, fabricating metal components, maintaining welding equipment, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and regulations. The role demands precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes for each project.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
• Experience with a variety of welding materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in fabrication processes
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Relevant welding certifications or qualifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
