Tuxera is looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise High-Performance Storage to join our Global Sales Team. Tuxera develops quality-assured data storage and networking software trusted by public cloud providers, software-defined storage (SDS) vendors, and large-scale enterprises. Our Fusion product portfolio β including Fusion SMB and Fusion NFS Servers β powers modern cloud and hybrid storage infrastructures, delivering exceptional performance, scalability, availability, and security.
As Senior Sales Executive, Enterprise High-Performance Storage, you'll be responsible for driving growth across EMEA, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, software-defined storage, and high-performance enterprise environments.
You are a true hunter with a track record of success in complex infrastructure sales. You're equally comfortable discussing cloud architectures and storage performance with technical teams as you are presenting business value to senior executives. While this is an individual contributor role today, there is clear potential to grow into a leadership position as the business scales.
What You'll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
- Build deep executive and technical relationships with public cloud providers, SDS vendors, and data-intensive enterprises.
- Position Fusion solutions around clear cloud and infrastructure outcomes: performance, scalability, resiliency, and security.
- Drive adoption through customer education, value proofs, and strategic partnerships.
- Forecast accurately and report on pipeline health, win/loss insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to shape account strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience selling cloud infrastructure, enterprise storage, or data platform solutions in the EMEA market.
- Proven success closing large, complex deals with cloud providers or enterprise infrastructure teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud and storage ecosystems, including public cloud platforms, SDS, hybrid architectures, and consumption models.
- Established network across cloud platforms, storage vendors, and enterprise data infrastructure organizations.
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value.
- A self-driven, strategic, and results-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
