Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive personal care
- Deliver skilled tracheostomy care, ventilation, including suction
- Support with feeds and administer medication through PEG
- Bladder & Bowel Management
- Offer practical and emotional support to enhance the individual\'s well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues, professionals, and family members to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and escalate issues when necessary
- Stay up to date with mandatory training, including risk assessment and care planning
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with regulations, quality assurance policies, and protocols
