Position Summary
- To organise and allocate all Statutory Inspections in a timely manner to ensure compliance of each item.
- Plan effective and efficient routes to ensure that all Engineer Surveyors have a manageable workload and that we deliver in a way that meets our contractual obligations.
Responsibilities And Authority
- Contribute to the planning of Statutory Inspections.
- Allocation of workload in a geographical manner to minimise non-productive travel.
- Communicate with customer and users to book appointment slots as required.
- Provide monthly forecast reports to customers as required.
- Identify any potential shortfalls which require escalation to ensure compliance.
- Manage data entries for Statutory Inspection reports.
- Manage and file all Statutory Inspection reports and distribute to customers.
- Contribute to weekly efficiency reporting.
- Contribute into development of Web based reporting portal.
- Prepare information for and attend periodic customer meetings.
Education And Experience
- Lift Industry experience would be desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar planning role.
- Experience of being in a high pressurised customer focussing role.
