The Digital Marketing & e-business Center of Excellence team is looking for a proactive team player to join the Pay-per-Click (PPC) team. As a key player in the PPC team, the candidate is responsible for developing and implementing paid campaigns across various digital channels. He / She will work closely in cross-functional teams to govern, monitor, analyze and improve on the effectiveness of campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Bing, etc.) with the target of lead generation or brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Business Partners team to translate campaign briefs and budgets into campaigns and actionable PPC strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Improve on the return-on-investment of digital activities by optimizing keyword portfolios, audiences, ad copies, landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Activate on data, research, and insights for the planning of target-oriented campaigns.
- Analyze and monitor performance data using tools like Adobe Analytics and custom dashboards to refine paid strategies, enhance content delivery, and streamline internal processes.
- Oversee budget reporting and performance of all major metrics to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work in close exchange with the DM & eBiz CoE subteams and Creative & Publishing Hub to ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaign success and achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
University degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, managing PPC campaigns. Preferred qualifications/certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant PPC certifications. Proven track record in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Social Media, with a strong understanding of campaign planning, target audience segmentation, keyword strategies, and bidding. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and financial processes, as well as effectively allocate resources (including during peak periods), delivering projects on time and within scope. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making. Highly self-motivated, assertive, and capable of taking full ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
