This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on delivery responsibility, ensuring the successful implementation of harmonized and compliant Performance and Development Processes in TUV SUD Globally.You will act as the central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and regional partners, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence across all phases—from design through rollout and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & DeliveryManage the project, ensuring delivery of harmonized process in SuccessFactors aligned with global People Growth and Experience strategyOwn project documentation, progress tracking, and workshop coordinationValidate deliverables and prepare them for approval Stakeholder & Regional AlignmentAct as the main point of contact for regional stakeholders and represent regional priorities in global discussionsCollaborate closely with Regions, other Center of Excellences, and various subject-matter experts to ensure alignment of global processesChange, Training & AdoptionDrive end-user readiness, communication, and adoption activitiesIdentify change and communication needs and oversee training content preparationEnsure effective participation in testing (SIT, UAT) and rollout readiness Deployment & RolloutCoordinate global rollout activities and consolidate regional inputsSupport issue resolution during deployment and hypercare phasesProcess & Data OwnershipEnsure clean, standardized processes by adhering to global standards and challenging unnecessary customizationsBridge People Growth & Experience Function and IT by aligning functional requirements and technical implementationInitiate early engagement with Data Protection and Works Council where requiredDecision AuthorityMake operational decisions within the workstreamAssess and recommend change requests aligned with global standards and legal requirementsManage and oversee external partners to ensure delivery quality and alignmentRequirementsStrong experience in People digital transformation, process design, or large-scale system implementation (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)Proven track record in leading cross-functional or global project teamsExperience in managing performance and development processes (e.g. performance improvement planning, 360 feedback, mentoring)Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions in collaboration with ITExperience in stakeholder management across regions and seniority levelsExcellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skillsStrong focus on standardization, scalability, and user adoptionAt TÜV SÜD Group, we have employees from more than 100 different countries collaborating together.
