TÜV SÜD Global Risk Consultants (GRC) is a leading unbundled property loss control provider worldwide, offering services including Fire Protection Engineering, Boiler & Machinery Engineering, Infrared Thermographic Surveys, Jurisdictional Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspections, Natural Hazards Analysis, Diversified Services, and Loss Control Training. For over 60 years, GRC has gone beyond traditional property loss control services to provide solutions that help clients achieve and maintain high protection standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships
  • Renew assigned accounts as required (pricing approval, contract reviews)
  • Develop scope of work and fee proposals
  • Maintain a client account retention target of 98%
  • Drive revenue growth of 7% in the assigned portfolio
  • Achieve new sales targets of $1 million
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to foster a One TÜV SÜD approach and support other business lines
  • Attend internal and external marketing functions (e.g., RIMS)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Property Insurance and/or Risk Engineering
  • Experience with Client Management systems (CRM), ability to work in a team, evaluate potential problems on an account basis, strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, technical learning, time management, negotiating, and listening skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and risk management systems
