Actively work with Business Line Manager to grow sales in various Industrial and Consumer service areas, such as ITE, consumer goods, machinery, SEMI, lighting and laboratory equipment. Manage a team of highly proficient Sales Executives, develop sales strategies for your applicable region, conduct interactions for potential sales opportunities, identification of valid leads, follow-up and coordination with sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through face-to-face meetings with self-generated and assigned clients.
- Identify and provide solution-based packages from TÜV SÜD’s service portfolio.
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities to include customer/prospect contact; develop relationships with clients and integrate into their operational pipelines.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on markets and trends.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in customers, orders and sales.
- Expand Sales Territory customer base and orders in line with assigned targets.
- Work to streamline sales processes and workflow.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a contract.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
- Present products to prospective clients.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers’ dedication.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM.
The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $80,000-$110,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive/sales role.
- Experience in product safety compliance services, minimum 3-5 years.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in managing phone, email, and web site inquiries.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Articulate, professional, courteous and effective manner with internal and external customers.
