This role combines strategic learning portfolio management with hands‑on delivery responsibility , ensuring that learning initiatives build critical capabilities, support business priorities, and provide a consistent employee experience across TÜV SÜD globally. You will act as the central interface between business stakeholders, subject‑matter experts, learning partners, Learning SuccessFactors Project Team, and Learning Admin team , ensuring alignment and delivery excellence across the full learning lifecycle —from needs analysis and design through delivery, rollout , and impact evaluation .
