About the Role

We are looking for a Workstream Lead (Business) to drive one of the core workstreams for SuccessFactors rollout. This role combines strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery responsibility, ensuring the successful implementation of harmonized and compliant Performance and Development Processes in TUV SUD globally. You will act as the central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and regional partners, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence across all phases—from design through rollout and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workstream Leadership & Delivery
    • Lead and manage the assigned workstream, ensuring delivery of harmonized process in SuccessFactors aligned with global People Growth and Experience strategy.
    • Own workstream documentation, progress tracking, and workshop coordination.
    • Validate deliverables and prepare them for approval.
  • Stakeholder & Regional Alignment
    • Act as the main point of contact for regional stakeholders and represent regional priorities in global discussions.
    • Collaborate closely with Regions, other Center of Excellence, and various subject‑matter experts to ensure alignment of global processes.
  • Change, Training & Adoption
    • Drive end‑user readiness, communication, and adoption activities.
    • Identify change and communication needs and oversee training content preparation.
    • Ensure effective participation in testing (SIT, UAT) and rollout readiness.
  • Deployment & Rollout
    • Coordinate global rollout activities and consolidate regional inputs.
    • Support issue resolution during deployment and hyper‑care phases.
  • Process & Data Ownership
    • Ensure clean, standardized processes by adhering to global standards and challenging unnecessary customizations.
    • Bridge People Growth & Experience Function and IT by aligning functional requirements and technical implementation.
    • Initiate early engagement with Data Protection and Works Council where required.
  • Decision Authority
    • Make operational decisions within the workstream.
    • Assess and recommend change requests aligned with global standards and legal requirements.
    • Manage and oversee external partners to ensure delivery quality and alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in People digital transformation, process design, or large‑scale system implementation (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Proven track record in leading cross‑functional or global project streams.
  • Experience in managing performance and development processes (e.g. performance improvement planning, 360 feedback, mentoring).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions in collaboration with IT.
  • Experience in stakeholder management across regions and seniority levels.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong focus on standardization, scalability, and user adoption.
