Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Planung und Umsetzung von haustechnischen Anlagen für Gewerbe, Industrie und Wohnbauten
- Ausschreibungserstellung
- Wirtschaftliche Projektabwicklung und Abstimmung mit externen Projektbeteiligten, erste/r AnsprechpartnerIn gegenüber Kunden
- Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Baubegleitung (Reisebereitschaft)
- Teilnahme an Bau- und Koordinationsbesprechungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, bevorzugt an HTL und/oder Hochschule, in einschlägigen Fachbereichen (zB: Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Energiemanagement, Gebäudetechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Solide EDV-Kenntnisse und routinierter Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten
- Erfahrungen mit CAD-Programmen zur Erstellung von Elektroinstallationsplänen
- Exakte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Maß an Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kundenorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbstsicheres und gewinnendes Auftreten
- Führerschein B (Handschaltgetriebe)
