Job Description

Tuum is a next-generation banking platform. We enable fintech and banks to rapidly offer seamless and tailored financial services to their customers. Our core banking platform is revolutionising the financial services industry. The platform is API-based, consisting of flexible and independent modules covering all retail and business banking capabilities for quick and easy integration.

Launched in 2019, Tuum is headquartered in Tallinn and is backed by investors including BlackFin Capital Partners, Karma Ventures, Portage Ventures, and CommerzVentures.

Tuum is at the forefront of the banking revolution, empowering financial institutions to build for the future with our next-generation core banking platform. As we scale globally, a world-class partner ecosystem is not just a growth lever – it’s fundamental to our success.

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Global Partnerships to join our commercial team. This is a foundational role with a clear mandate: to design, build, and lead Tuum’s global partnership strategy from the ground up. You will be the architect of the ecosystem that drives our partner go-to-market strategy, accelerates sales cycles, and ensures customer success. This role is for a builder who wants to make a tangible impact and own a critical business function.

What you'll do: Architect our partner ecosystem
  • Partnership Strategy & Program Design: Define and execute the global partner strategy. You will architect our partner program from the ground up, creating the commercial frameworks, tiering, and incentives that attract and motivate the world's leading SIs, consultancies, and technology providers.
  • Ecosystem Development & Pipeline Generation: Forge and nurture strategic relationships with key partner categories: Global & Regional SIs: Such as EY, Deloitte, GFT, and Publicis Sapient. Strategic Consultancies: Including BCG, McKinsey & Company, and Bain & Company. CSPs: Deepen our alliances with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. ISVs: Identify and build relationships with complementary technology platforms. Your primary goal will be to build a robust, predictable pipeline of partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • GTM Execution: Develop and launch joint GTM plans with our most strategic partners. You'll create mutual business plans, define success metrics, and orchestrate co-selling and co-marketing initiatives that generate measurable results.
  • Partner Enablement & Evangelism: Become the leading Tuum evangelist in the partner community. You will design and deliver high-impact training and enablement programs (both sales and technical) to ensure our partners are expert advocates for the Tuum platform.
  • Internal Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the voice of the partner within Tuum. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation to ensure our entire organization is aligned and equipped to succeed with partners.
Who you are: A proven ecosystem leader
  • Experienced Partner Professional: You have 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or business development, with a significant portion of that time spent within the enterprise SaaS, fintech, or financial services technology space.
  • Core Banking & Cloud Native Expert: You have a deep understanding of the next-generation core banking landscape. You can articulate the value propositions, strengths, and weaknesses of various platforms and have likely seen or built partner programs in this space before.
  • Deeply Networked: You have an established and credible network within the SI, strategic consulting, and technology partner ecosystem. You understand their business models, what motivates them, and how to build mutually beneficial relationships. Experience working for a major SI or consultancy is a significant plus.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: You are a "player-coach" who can craft a high-level strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to negotiate complex agreements, build a joint business case, and enable a partner's sales team.
  • A Natural Leader: You have proven experience working with C-level executives. You can articulate a complex technical product's value to both technical and commercial audiences with ease.
  • Builder Mentality: You thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and are excited by the opportunity to build a new function. You are metrics-driven, highly autonomous, and bring a problem-solving mindset to every challenge.
What we offer
  • Tuum stock options
  • Hybrid-working (3 days a week in the office)
  • 4 day work week during the summer months (June, July, August)
  • Private health insurance
  • Career opportunities to grow both professionally and personally as we scale
  • Bright and warm-hearted team of professionals delivering great things together
  • All-hands-on-deck-approach (meaning that everyone delivers value regardless of responsibilities)
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We actively hire for cultural growth and welcome people of all ages, backgrounds and value people who take a journey unique to them. Equality, diversity and inclusion are our priority and we are committed to ensuring all job applicants are treated equally. All applicants will be treated fairly and will be considered for employment without discrimination because of ethnicity, race, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender reassignment, family or parental status, pregnancy or maternity, marital or civil partner status, national origin, age, veteran, neurodiversity status or disability status.\\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
