About Tuudae. (formerly Serenity Psychotherapy Ltd) We are redefining what private therapy looks like in the UK—removing the stigma, reducing the overwhelm, and placing high-quality mental health support at the heart of every community. With five therapy centres and a fast-growing national presence, Tuudae. offers therapists more than just room rental—we offer a vibrant, supportive environment where you can thrive.

About the Role As an Associate Counsellor or Psychotherapist, you will work independently within our established clinic structure, supporting either adults or children and young people (ages 4–25), depending on your training and experience. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality counselling or psychotherapy to individuals in your local community—online or in person—within a calm, welcoming clinical environment that already has systems, referrals, group supervision and safeguarding support in place. It’s Private Practice without the headache. We take care of the admin, logistics, and onboarding—so you can focus on what you do best: therapy.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Steady stream of pre-assessed, matched referrals
  • A beautiful, accessible working environment within a high-street clinic or pop-up hub
  • Clinical Group Supervision & CPD through our structured in-house programme
  • Peer support and networking via our Tuudae. therapist community
  • Full flexibility over your hours, availability, and caseload
  • Opportunities for progression, including franchise partnerships

We’re Looking For Therapists Who Are:

  • Fully qualified (or very near completion) with one of the following:
  • Diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy (Level 4 or higher)
  • Degree, MSc or MA in Counselling, Psychotherapy or Psychology
  • Registered or working towards accreditation with BACP, UKCP, HCPC, NCPS or equivalent
  • Able to work independently within a community-based private setting
  • Passionate about increasing access to therapy in local areas
  • Warm, grounded, and willing to be part of a collaborative, kind therapist network
  • For child-focused work: you must have completed relevant child-specific training and/or have direct experience working with children and young people. You must also be able to liaise with parents and guardians as part of the therapeutic process.
  • Tuudae. Values in Practice At Tuudae., we support people through every step of their mental health journey—and that includes our therapists. Our ethos is built on trust, transparency, accessibility, and a deep commitment to human connection. We believe therapy shouldn’t be a lonely road, and we’re here to make it work—for clients and clinicians.
