The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented and highly creative Content Executive to join us on a 3-month contract and play a key role in bringing our new brand to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on creating engaging content across multiple channels and formats. You'll help shape how Tutorful communicates with parents, students and tutors through email, social media, website content, webinars, podcasts, PR activity and more. Initially, you'll focus on a major email marketing project, helping us redesign and optimise our email architecture and customer journeys. Once this work is established, you'll broaden your focus across the wider content function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Creating engaging content across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, blogs, webinars, podcasts and PR
- Producing content in a variety of formats, including copy, photography, video and visual assets
- Bringing Tutorful's new brand positioning to life through compelling storytelling
- Developing and delivering content plans alongside colleagues across marketing and the wider business
- Leading and supporting a new email architecture project, including customer journeys and content optimisation
- Working closely with our designers to improve website and campaign performance
- Helping grow engagement, reach and community across our owned channels
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a content marketing, content executive or similar role
- A versatile content creator who is comfortable working across multiple channels and formats
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience creating email marketing campaigns and customer journey content (ideally has Braze experience)
- Good understanding of brand strategy and the ability to execute against a defined brand positioning
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and collaborating with different stakeholders
- Able to develop and maintain a cross-channel content calendar
- Familiarity with Canva and other content creation tools
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
