About the Role
We offer a competitive benefits package, including up to £11,860 per annum (FTE £14,825) in employer pension contributions. We are seeking applications for an exciting part‑time post of Teacher of Law. This new role has been created in response to growing student demand for Social Science subjects at Runshaw College. The School of Social Sciences supports over 1,800 students aged 16‑18 studying A levels in Law, Sociology and Psychology, alongside the Level 3 Applied Diploma in Criminology and vocational Social Sciences. The School also delivers the Access to Higher Education Diploma, Social Sciences Pathway. Social Sciences is a large and highly successful School, with outcomes consistently above national benchmarks and high levels of student satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard Law instruction to Key Stage 5 students.
- Design and deliver creative, engaging, student‑centred lessons.
- Support student development and achievement.
- Contribute to a supportive learning environment.
