The Role: We are seeking motivated, reliable tutors to deliver face-to-face tuition across our region.
We Offer:
- Daytime tutoring (high demand for Local Authority provision)
- After-school tuition (typically 3pm-7pm)
- Work in homes, schools and community settings
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality tutoring during school hours (daytime placements)
- Teach core subjects up to GCSE level, with a strong focus on Maths and English
- Support a diverse range of learners, including students who may require adaptable approaches
- Work on a self-employed basis with competitive, experience-based pay
- Support mainstream learners needing curriculum support, students who benefit from personalised approaches, learners who are neurodivergent and respond well to adaptable teaching
You:
- Degree-level qualification or final-year student
- Tutoring/teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English
- QTS desirable but not essential
Subjects Needed:
- Primary: English, Maths, Early Skill Development, Confidence Building
- GCSE / IGCSE / Functional Skills: English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, French/MFL, Computer Science, other specialist subjects welcome
