About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Special Projects Technician to join our team.
As part of the Special Projects team, you will play a key role in building bespoke road cars to the highest level.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be working in our state-of-the-art facility alongside a friendly, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and build vehicles in accordance with build specification
- Perform functional checks, inspections, and basic fault diagnosis during the build process
- Assess and sign off build status and quality confirmation using Tuthill dashboard
- Maintain build schedule and alignment to observed hours
- Problem solving and diagnosing faults with minimum supervision
- Adherence to company policy and H&S guidelines at al times
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve build quality and overall efficiency
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and cleanliness
- Meet production schedules, build targets, and delivery deadlines
- Record build hours per car using data management system
What We're Looking For
- Previous car build experience is essential, restoration work is desirable
- Experience working on Porsches of all ages and types would be an advantage
- Building of bespoke cars to an extremely high level
- Excellent workshop knowledge & technical skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- Good communication, organisation and inter-personal skills
- Be flexible and possess a good sense of humour
- Be able to manage your time and prioritise your workload
- Full Driving Licence
- Excellent work ethic
