About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and responsible
Service and Aftersales Manager to join our team.
As part of the Service and Aftersales Team you will play a key role in overseeing the running of the Service and aftersales workshop team and ensuring excellent customer service to all our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be working in our state-of-the-art facility alongside a friendly, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing workshop bookings and ensuring efficient workflow
- Providing clear explanations and technical advice to customers where required
- Monitoring vehicle progress and keeping customers updated
- Act as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey
- Supervise, train, and motivate service technicians and support staff
- Schedule vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Monitor service quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and control service quotations, job cards, invoices, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and legal requirements
- Monitor workshop costs, budgets, labour efficiency, and overall profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Develop and maintain KPI’s
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and parts used
- Maintain training matrix – people development
- Problem solving
