About the Role: We are looking for a Brand & Partnerships Director to lead the continued development of the Tuthill brand and the strategic partnerships that support our growth. This is a senior, office-based and hands-on role with responsibility for protecting and evolving the Tuthill brand while building the relationships, experiences and opportunities that expand its reach and commercial potential.
Working closely with senior leadership and teams across the business, you will ensure that Tuthill is presented consistently and distinctively across every touchpoint. You will also develop strategic partnerships and collaborations, turning ideas into compelling customer experiences, events, products and opportunities, bringing positive commercial value.
The role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking, creative judgement and commercial instinct, while remaining close enough to the detail to ensure everything bearing the Tuthill name meets the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Creative Direction – Own and evolve Tuthill's brand positioning, creative direction and visual identity across all customer and internal touchpoints.
- Brand & Communications – Lead the development of brand assets, communications, presentations, collateral, merchandise and customer-specific creative requirements.
- Commercial Growth – Identify and develop opportunities to grow the Tuthill brand through new products, experiences, locations, events and customer programmes.
- Strategic Partnerships – Develop and manage high-value partnerships and collaborations across automotive, motorsport, lifestyle and premium brands.
- Customer Experience – Shape exceptional owner experiences, hospitality, events and bespoke customer programmes that strengthen relationships with Tuthill.
- Major Projects & Launches – Lead the strategic and creative direction of key launches, halo projects and international brand initiatives.
- Brand Governance – Establish clear standards and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and attention to detail across the business.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Work closely with Sales, Events, Marketing and senior leadership to deliver successful brand and commercial initiatives.
- External Representation – Act as a senior Tuthill ambassador with customers, partners, media and VIP guests.
