We are seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive enterprise revenue across our portfolio of cutting-edge technology solutions. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and solution design to closing and account expansion — with a primary market focus on the UK & Ireland, alongside secondary coverage across mainland Europe (EMEA).

The role demands proven experience engaging Mid-Market & Large Enterprise accounts with an annual turnover of £300M / €350M and above, as well as Global Capability Hubs and Shared Services Centres operating within the region. You will bring deep domain expertise in Snowflake and Databricks data platforms, cloud environments (AWS & Azure), computer vision, intelligent automation, and emerging Agentic AI technologies.

  • Enterprise Engagement: Build and expand relationships with Mid & Large Enterprise accounts with £300M+ annual turnover and European corporate headquarters.
  • Pipeline Development: Manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, networking, partner ecosystems (hyperscalers/integrators), and inbound leads.
  • C-Suite Relationship Management: Build and nurture C-level and VP-level relationships across IT, Operations, Finance, and Line-of-Business stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales architects and delivery teams to design and present tailored technical solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close complex, multi-year enterprise software agreements, SaaS contracts, and licensing structures.

  • Market Track Record: Proven track record selling to Mid-Market & Large Enterprise accounts (£300M+ turnover) within the UK or European markets.
  • Vertical Domain Knowledge: Existing networks and deep industry insights across one or more verticals: BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, or Oil & Gas.
  • Core Portfolio Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Snowflake platform sales or cloud data warehouse solution selling.
  • Demonstrated experience with Databricks platform sales or data & AI solution selling.
  • Cloud & AI Proficiency: Proficient in cloud sales across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments. Exposure to Computer Vision, intelligent automation (RPA/IPA), and AI/ML solution sales.
  • Emerging Tech: Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and the ability to articulate business value to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder 6–18 month enterprise sales cycles.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suited for FTSE 250 / Fortune 500 stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
