Working with the panel management team at Frame Projects, you will provide coordination support to several design and community review panels. You will be in daily contact with planning authorities, design teams and panel members to arrange design and community review meetings. You will also be involved in evaluation of our services, and helping to organise and host events such as annual meetings and urban design training. Collaborative working with other members of the Frame Projects team will be crucial to all aspects of your work. You will be supported and directed by our senior management team. You will be supported by an experienced member of the team, to develop the skills needed to succeed in the role. After the training period, we offer a flexible approach to working, where staff may spend three days of the week either in the office or at an in-person review meeting, and the rest of their time working from home, should they wish to do so.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable project coordinator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting Frame Projects across its management of design and community review panels. You will be degree qualified, articulate, with excellent writing, editing, and organisational skills.
