Program Overview

Your growth. Make it part of ours. Through hands‑on experience and excellent training, our Management Trainees can progress to Branch Manager in as little as two years. The Graduate Management Training Programme is delivered via a classroom‑based orientation followed by placement in one of our branches, where trainees gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver day‑to‑day customer service and drive sales performance.
  • Support marketing and account‑management activities.
  • Apply financial and operational knowledge to manage branch activities.
  • Co‑ordinate coaching, mentoring and collaboration with the team.
